Frankfurt: Spend Time with Elderly People

(Frankfurt, Germany) 5 employees of the German team based in Frankfurt spent a wonderful day at the old peoples home “Johanna Kirchner Altenhilfezentrum” in Frankfurt to provide their assistance with executing a very enjoyable baking event!

The elder citizens enjoyed their event with the new “helpers” and some of the Sabre employees had experiencing day learning more about baking cakes!

Building a sensory path in a Kindergarten in Leverkusen

Weather couldn´t have been better for our outside event in the Kindertagesstätte Leverkusen, building a sensory path for the little ones. With ten members of the Travel Management Systems (tms) team, we were all excited about spending an afternoon with 65 children aged 2 to 6. They already were expecting us equipped with spades and picks. After having discussions about the location and the design of the sensory path, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. (more…)

Kindergarten Heimfeld – Repair, Maintenance Tasks and a Boy’s Day

Hamburg, Germany May 06/2009, on a rainy day eight Sabre employees arrived at the Kindergarten Heimfeld for their Give Time Event. First, we were welcomed by the kids and their nursery teachers. Hand in hand we stood in a large circle and sang songs with the children. Some of the songs demanded extensive gesticulation, I think we looked quite funny while doing so. After this the Kindergarten management introduced us to the children. Then we formed two groups. (more…)
